Whether a customer needs tax, bookkeeping, or IRS representation services, our firm designates at least two employees to work as a pair and own the service(s) being purchased by the customer. This ensures the necessary redundancy that is critical to delivering uninterrupted services. If an employee is out of the office for an extended period of time, the other member of the pair will ensure services continue to flow to the customer. The additional benefit of this team approach is the check and balance each employee can provide to the other in the pair, thus reducing the opportunity for human errors that impede the services our customers have purchased.

Although there are many government regulations controlling our practices, we hold ourselves to higher standards. The information we're entrusted with is precious to the customer, therefore we treat it with tremendous security and use it only in ethical methods to accomplish the services purchased by the customer. We have been told on several occasions by customers that their, "last bookkeeper let me do something unethical or illegal," which the customer was led to believe was legal and/or ethical. So we have, at times, delivered the disappointing news that the customer's previous bookkeeper was unethical. Versatile Tax Services will not jeopardize our licenses and reputation through unethical conduct, and we proudly take the time to educate our customers on the government regulations we're following as we enforce "the rules".  Our high ethical standards minimize the risk that our customers  will be exposed to IRS check, fines, and legal actions.
